Leisurehome operates the following terms and conditions:
1. Ordering
You can browse through our on-line shop at your leisure to select your purchases and modify your order at any time before confirming your choices and payment.
Orders are placed safely on our secure server using the latest data encryption technology.
Your order will be acknowledged via email and your invoice/order confirmation will be displayed online as soon as you send us your order details.
2. Pricing
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5% and delivery to England is also included in the prices shown.
Carriage costs of £50 per order to Scotland and Wales will be added to your order automatially when you complete your address details on the secure server.
We retain the right to alter prices at any time.
3. Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that we are only able to deliver to England, Scotland and Wales.
Any delay in delivery will be notified to you by email.
4. Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund before the goods are dispatched by emailing us and quoting your order number and the subject "order cancellation".
As orders may be dispatched with 3 working hours it is necessary to check you have not received a "confirmation of dispatch" email. Once this has been received the goods cannot be cancelled and must be returned for a refund.
For 14 days after the goods have been delivered you may return them to us unopened for a full refund. You will be refunded in full within 30 days of returning the goods less the original cost of carriage. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.
